The heat has entered our lives for good and we are all looking for something quick, easy and at the same time refreshing for our nights on the terrace. So, last night I made these PEYNIRLI -as easy as you can be surprised- and we accompanied them with a cold beer!
For the dough:
- 400 gr. hard flour
- 15 gr. dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 110 gr. olive oil
- 350 gr. hot water
For the stuffing:
- 200 gr. Gouda cheese cut into small cubes
- 150 gr. grated gruyere
- tomatoes in thin slices
- mushrooms cut into thin slices
- bacon in pieces
- peppers (green, Florin) sliced
- slice of feta
- (and any other ingredient you want!)
Put all the dough ingredients in the mixer bucket and knead with the knives on medium speed until you have a dough that sticks slightly (it will take us about 3-4 ‘). Grease your hands and divide the dough into 8 balls. Leave them for half an hour covered to swell. Then, we open each ball by hand and give it a “boat” shape. Fill with the cheeses and add whichever of the ingredients we like! Bake in a pan with non-stock baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 • C set to fan for 25 ‘.
We can knead by hand, it may take a little longer.
